GO TO SETTINGS ON THE RADIO AND GO TO DOORS AND LOCKS AND SHUT OFF AUTO LOCK.THAT IS THE FIX.IT IS THE AUTO LOCK THAT TRIGGERS THE TAILGATE TO OPEN
