Same thing happened to my truck. They fixed it. Next day, fell down again when turning a corner. Dodge Corporation said it's not their problem. They said I'm not shutting it correctly. They haven't heard about this happening to anyone else. I asked if they read the internet articles of complaints and they said they don't read it. I am done with Dodge. This truck is going back.
