I had the same thing happen, my was working fine then I received the update flash card in the mail. I updated the software and noticed my back up camera was statiey, fuzzy. Never had a problem before. Took to dealer who told me the update caused my problem and upgraded it. Then charged me $65.00 to do the update. I was pissed and still not happy, in fact I have never gone back to any Ram or Dodge dealer. Screw them I love my mopars and have many. 2014 ram 1500 Sport crew cab ...
