While I'm one of the lucky ones and have had no problems with my 2016 1500 Laramie, this is one more reason my next truck will be a Toyota Tundra or Ford F-150.
Sick and tired of the rumors about Ram/Jeep being sold. Crazy lack of customer service. Lousy resale value.
Just another nail in FCA's coffin for their total lack of concern for their customers.
