My 2013 Gen 1 has been rock solid, only needed the heater reprogrammed under warranty. I think some issues have been with phones as well. My radio rebooted twice when my Ex plugged in her iPhone/iPod, after both were rebooted no more problems. Don't blame the car when the phone tech crashes it.
