I have been pleased with my 2019 Rav 4 Hybrid until the Toyota Entune app was discontinued and I had to install the new Toyota app. Now, I cannot connect to Scout GPS, which I previously had no issues with. Forget calling the Toyota Customer Service #1-800-331-4331 as all they say is "this is a known issue and they're pushing for a software update but don't know WHEN that might be and to talk to the dealership". Good luck on that. I had a Prius for 10 years and have had the Rav-4 Hybrid for almost 3 years...probably my last Toyota purchase now.
