Check your rear end oil. If your truck has positraction the only oil recommended is a LISD (limited slip) oil. My 2005 was vibrating in conjunction with my drive shaft. After the drive shaft was replaced I still had vibration. Dealer suggested I change the rear end oil. Wala, vibration went away. Can’t hurt to gives it a try, if you are still having vibration issues.
