I like the direction Subaru is going with regard to safety. However, exterior design innovation appears to has been abandoned by the brand. This new Forester looks like the old one and its obvious that design took a back seat. Granted, I don't expect a radical departure from their "bread and butter" line. However, the front of the car could have a more distinct look. I take Subaru is betting that their buyers are more interested in tech as opposed to how the car looks - we shall see. This car will satisfy legacy buyers but looks attract new customers...
