I bought a toyota tacoma 2005. It has only 77000 miles . Unfortunatly the frame is roted can not even pass inspection. I went to dealer . They said recall expired on Jan 2019. They said it costs 22000 to replace it . I called toyota north america with no luck. Please advice me
