I'm actually looking at V6 Hondas for my cross-country trips. I have trouble climbing in and out of cars (especially now that arthritis has set), so I'm leaning more towards the used MDX, RDX or Pilot models.

It will be interesting to see how the Clarity holds up after a few years, in terms of reliability. We tend to buy used cars, so buying a new one likely wouldn't happen, and the tax incentives would probably be lost on us, I'm thinking. But it's one of those situations where, if the right deal came along for the Clarity and we were in the market for a sedan, we might consider a new purchase.

Truth be told, I hope fuel cells take off. I feel it's the right way to do electric, and refueling takes minutes, just like gasoline. Sure, there is very little infrastructure today for hydrogen refueling, but if you roll back the calendar 120 years, there weren't that many gasoline stations either. It has to start somewhere!
