My 2020 Legacy has the same set of problems with the Infotainment center going blank while mid-trip, or failing to light up or emit sound upon starting the ignition. The problem is that it is intermittent and occurs at random times. I took it to the stealership and got the brush-off. They said that since they couldn't replicate the problem, they can't replace or fix it. Worthless!
