I have a 2016 preowned Subaru Forester ... I am reading these reviews and feel that I could be writing them about my Subaru (purchased April, 2019). I even contacted the previous owners who said they had no issues??? When I told them my issues with the GPS Starlink system, they indicated that they "couldn't figure it out and never used it - they just used road maps"! When I commented on the radio, they said they just turned it off and on, but didn't touch any other buttons. The dealership programmed it for them.
