I purchased a 2019 Crosstrek along with the Starlink subscription for 3 years and the Remote Services have not worked for the last 2 months. To make things worse, no one seems to be able to figure out what the problem is. I've taken it to my local dealership and they told me to call the corporate phone number. When I did, they say I have to take it to the dealership. This has been extremely frustrating and only demonstrates how much the quality of Subaru vehicles has slipped.
