2019 outback GPS head unit
2019 outback GPS head unit has not worked sine we purchased the vehicle. It's had numerous updates, actually yells me it's up to date all day long??Had the head unit replaced a month later same issues. I was then told the units they replace with are REFURBISHED. Same problems. Last time to dealer was told to get a NEW unit takes an act of congress???Subaru has always made great vehicles. I think the problem is Subaru has gotten too popular and quality has gone down hill. I no longer recommend the brand, will never purchase another. Very disappointing. Time to start making waves. SOCIAL MEDIA IS THE WAY TO GO. Let them see the problems in print on Social media all over the place.
