I also have issues with my star link system it was working perfect until I got it back after the dealership added all the stuff to my car after purchase first volume did not work except on steering wheel so they fixed that know I can not connect by USB to my smart phone and only 1 usb charges and nothing more. They can keep star link it sucks I am thing of having a kenwood entertainment system installed instead at least they last.
