I'm getting nervous after reading all these comments! I have had my 2020 Outback for about 3 months. There were a few episodes of no sound from the radio - mute was off, I changed the channels, restarted the car. Nothing worked. Then the next time I drive it I had no problems. Today I had no sound and I could not open the audio screen. I am seeing that this may progress to more issues. Calling the dealer this week. Very disappointed.
