My '09 only has 200k, runs like new. I have made all the needed upgrades myself over the years: heated leather seats, Bluetooth, decent audio. The only knock against it is the same as the new ones: too noisy. I don't know who needs all that pano jive--just a toy IMO, and the Toyota nav system is a joke and always will be. (Hint: work a deal with Waze, and you won't be able to make enough of them.) When you guys get around to planning the next round of upgrades to the Taco, call me. I'll tell you what's an upgrade and what's a waste of your time and customer's cash.
