My 2013 Prius C, with only 60k Km on the clock and two months ago it indicated the Hybrid battery needs replacement. A local mechanic diagnosed it as POA80. After replacing all the heavily corroded Bus-bars (didn't do anything to the batteries as they are all perfect after checking), is it necessary to diagnose the car before it comes back to life? Thanks.
