Unfortunately the CHAdeMO system is incompatible with CCS as the controller is in the car with both CCS and Tesla, while with CHAdeMO it is inside the gargantuan charging plug.
Retrofitting CCS to CHAdeMO cars, or adding it to J1772-only Leafs is probably going to be cost-prohibitive, while to connect a Tesla to a CCS or J1772 requires only an adapter from an electrically compatible charging station.
