I just bought a Kona a few weeks ago & spent an hour at the outlets in Livermore, CA not realizing it was a super charger. Imagine my surprise when I came back to a $70 bill!!! I called, thinking the decimal must be off?? They were very "empathetic" (BS) ...really, it was an outrageous sum!! Wouldn't budge on the price, I'm going to file a BBB complaint, I was pissed! Reading this they obviously know it's a problem, they said I used the power so the money was theirs. I felt totally robbed, and they wanted me to sign up to get 20% off?? I hope they go out of business...FAST!!
