In response I would point to the 2015 Mustang, which was new from the ground up. I bought one and it's been great. Now I'm preparing to sell that car in order to buy a 2020 Corvette. I think that the delays, in a way, prove that GM is doing their due diligence in testing and product development. I don't really fear finding a or that they might need to fix under warranty, although I may consider an extended warranty just due to the high price of the car.
