Having issues with my Honda Civic Hatchback 2018 and they are saying it will cost us 14,000.00 to fix the engine??? And that they won’t cover it under the warranty. The engine has sludge and we did our own oil changes with no records of it. Receipts of oil not kept. We have a bumper to bumper warranty and we were taking it in to do the recall and it was pulling all the codes when I took it in. I need someone to tell me how to fight this!!!! Help!!!
