It has never been top Dog ! Civic is too cheesy, fugly, has econo budget tranny unrefined ugly CVT, poorly designed 1.5t that can not be fixed by software update like cheap Honda is trying to pretend like they are doing anything about it.
It requires redesign and hardware rebuild .
Huge flop that paid off and blind so called automotive journalists can not ... see.
Design in and out and sea of black plastics cabin with low resolution smeary touch screen , weird gauges .... There are at least 5 better cars than Fugly Civic !
