We just made 2000+ mile trip too, in our 2015 Prius..2 adults, 2 dogs, and packed in like sardines, plus a roof carrier. It was the longest 4 days of our lives! Car did great...we humans..not so much, and poor dogs...still not over it. Never again...not in a car.
