2020 Toyota Tacoma Offers New Blacked-Out SX Package
The 2020 Tacoma is ready to thrill shoppers who are in the market for a new midsize truck. This is a refresh year, meaning there will be new updates, additions and upgrades to every trim level.
One of these grade levels, the SR, will be getting a few new additions as well.
The SX Package offers a touch of black
Toyota Tacoma has several different trim levels, with each one offering a wide variety of features and, of course, prices. Its entry level is the SR version, which is available as both an Access Cab and Double Cab.
SX Package is new to the 2020 Tacoma, and it is a way for owners to spice up their trucks with blacked-out accents all around the exterior.
Look for black accented overfenders, mirror caps and door handles. Also, the main highlights of this SX Package are the tough looking 16-inch black alloy wheels.
These SX black accents are in a matte finish, as opposed to gloss black accents found in Toyota’s popular Nightshade editions such as Camry, Highlander, Sienna and 4Runner.
2020 Tacoma SR also has new standard features
Every 2020 Toyota Tacoma trim level receives new standard features, including SR model. New owners can expect to see new front grilles, taillight designs and intermittent wipers.
Also new to every new 2020 Tacoma are Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Amazon Alexa commands. The SR level has a larger standard 7” multimedia touch screen as well, compared to 6.1” from last year’s model.
Powertrain options for 2020 Tacoma SR
If you want this SX Package on your next 2020 Tacoma, you can choose an Access Cab in either 2WD or 4WD. Also pick from 2.7-liter 4-cylinder or 3.5-liter V6 engine. These engines are matched with a 6-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission.
