I contacted Ford about the car rental first they lied and said they don't pay for rental, I called Friday and they were going to get the rental car for me, but the dealership said no because I'm from out of state. So they refused the dealership refused the request from Ford Motors. I'm mad and don't understand why they would make a difference were I'm from.
