In your ford manual is an actual number I think to an independent agency for complaints. When I was on phone to ford they didnt tell me about this just that they will document it and that there arent enough people complaining for them to look into it. It's a joke I asked her who I complained to when someone dies do to a malfunctioning brake system. That is clearly noted an every ford mechanic knows about. She said that is hypotothec and that not necessarily anyone will die. Likely last ford I buy.
