All Prius owners need to be made aware that they need to put in place extra protection for their car. Thieves are quickly and easily (2 minute) removing the catalytic converter from the early Gen cars, and starting to remove from newer Gen cars as well. This part is extremely expensive to replace if one has high deductible. Recommend researching this issue online
