Per Toyota customer care my Toyota 4Runner does qualify. A dealership finally called me yesterday. I have an appt Tuesday where they are going to look at it, take pictures and if they determine i qualify, they said they will right an estimate, send to Toyota & wait to be paid before scheduling a paint job. Will see how this plays out.
