I have the same problem with my 2012 Highlander and I have gotten the same responses from Customer support three times. The supervisor I spoke with today was even firmer with his canned response. I plan to write the new CEO as well as the Exec VP of Product Support and Chief Quality Officer.The more we all bring this to their attention, the more impact we will make!
