I have a 2011 Rav 4 with the Blizzard Pearl paint. Started chipping/peeling off right after I bought it 2nd hand, in 2017. Received a letter about it from Toyota in Dec. 2019, but haven't had any further notifications. It's chipping/peeling everywhere, but it's really bad on the roof.
