We have a 2019 Rav4 Limited Hybrid, and love it. Our only complaint is the Entune system, especially navigation. This should be effortless, as Garmin and others have it quite perfected. We still use our phones to get where we want to go - a shame! Hopefully the 2021 Prime will get better.
