I'm jazzed about the RAV4 Prime. I've been asking/telling Toyota to do a plug-in truck or SUV for years (customer feedback and surveys). Low-end torque, lower CoG, balance F/R weight disty – it’s a trifecta. I have 2 Prius Primes. I’m very happy with them. I hyper-mile and typically get 35-40+miles per charge (not 25) and can milk 80-100 hybrid mpg (not MPGe) on my commute to/from work if I'm not charged up. Roll all this potential into a RAV4 (granted, there will be an efficiency penalty for the SUV config)... I will happily add an R4P to my garage.
