Mine was changed on Nov 10th and I'm having the same problem, can't get it past 18mpg even using cruise control or on the interstate. I took it to the dealership and they're saying everything checks out. I showed them these comments as well as the Top 6 reasons for a decrease in MPG's, #5 being a faulty fuel pump. They are filing a report with the corporate office. I would suggest anyone having this issue to take it to the dealership and have a report filed.
