I have a 2018 Camry, I have been in a loaner since December 13th. They swore by February they would have an update. Still nothing. They even tried to put me in a Toyota Yaris, I said oh he** no! It’s ridiculous that we are stuck like this. I do have a loaner, which they were going to make me pay for, but they said they will cover the rental cost. Charging me 12.00 a day, and have to continue my car payment? They better cover it! I cannot believe this.
