My husband took our 2019 Toyota Highlander in today for a scheduled appointment at 9am at the dealer for the fuel pump recall. No idea how long this should take, but it is 4:33pm or over 7 hours later. A couple of hours ago, the shuttle driver said that he was ending his shift. Will keep you posted.
