IT IS FIXED! After just shy of 4 months I got a call from my Toyota dealer in Brandon, FL and my 2019 Highlander is fixed and now at home. Not much on the paperwork other than the recall and the low pressure fuel pump repaired and some misc items about it. But all seems to be well, and I'm glad to have it behind me. Good luck to the rest as you wait for your call.
