So thankfully my son and I had just gotten off the turnpike on a road trip and my 2019 Tacoma died in our driveway due to this recall issue. Had to go to an alternate dealership other than I bought it from (TEAM in langhorne) because they wanted to charge me for rental instead of giving me a loaner. They were not helpful at all. That was may 29th, 2020. FYI... Faulkner Toyota of Feasterville/ langhorne pa told me there is still no fix in sight for my 2019 Tacoma.... SUPER MAD, my loaner is a Camry. Asked the guy how I was going to put three kayaks on THAT? He just laughed...I said I'm not kidding, I'm paying for a truck and i need A TRUCK! So disappointed... just sitting and waiting. They guy that put me in ther loaner said he'd call me in 26 days to re-up the paperwork for the loaner UGH this is unbelievable they don't know how to fix this
