I think that most of the new C8 Corvette owners will be more than happy with the new Stingray's amazing acceleration. With that said, there are always some people who want faster, fast cars and are wealthy enough to sacrifice the factory warranty. Obviously a Corvette tuner would be happy to have a testbed Corvette to show off his performance packages. And nitrous systems are one of the easiest performance modifications to install, and safe (if installed professionally). I installed a wet nitrous system on my Corvette, and later my Viper, and it is nice to have the added power on demand, but still have the car essentially stock when not using the nitrous. It would be good to see what numbers he gets with the nitrous, and hopefully see acceleration tests as well to show the actual performance improvement.
