I bought a 2018 F150 XLT that was made at the Deerborn factory. The drivers door lock malfunctioned in warm weather I spray WD-40 in it it solved it. Now that it’s bitter cold it’s doing it again, the door actually locked and I can’t unlock it with use of the key or the remote. It’s Christmas Eve and the dealerships are closed. After I do get it repaired how can I submit a claim for the $400 ?
