Gale Halderman's boss at Ford was Joe Oros, not "Jim" Oros. Joe Oros is credited with the overall design process of the Mustang per Ford's archives and many other sources including Mustang Chronicles by Jerry Eastey and the Auto Editors of Consumer Guide and Mustang Fifty Years by Donald Farr. David Ash also was key to the Mustang design process as described in Lee Iococca's autobiography.
