Have a 2018 f250 kr that has the same issue of sunroof getting jammed up and making a horrible grinding/rattling noise when trying to do so. I also purchased an extended warranty that will not cover it to the tube of $3000!!! I'm furious bc I brought the truck into the dealership 8 months ago bc the sunroof would pop when it was being opened and they said it was normal! My last 3 trucks have been fords but this very well is my last straw
