2020 F150 leaked a couple
2020 F150 leaked a couple weeks ago. Service said it wasnt covered under my warranty because it was an owner maintenance issue. When I went to pick up the truck I informed them there was nothing in the manual regarding how I am to maintain the sunroof. Then the Water Repair/Leak Tech came over and stated there "wasnt "anything an owner can do to maintain the sunroof. ???? HOW CAN YOU TELL ME IT'S AN OWNER MAINTENANCE ISSUE "BUT" THERE IS "NOTHING" I CAN DO TO MAINTAIN IT????? After being a squeeky wheel and going through the BBB, I was informed that THIS WAS A WARRANTY ISSUE! I was credit for the repair!
