Just for comparison I’m driving a 2006 Toyota Matrix 235k I have had two absolute thunder cracking stones hit my windshield and yes chips but no cracks yet over 2 years and I know this problem on Hyundai because my brother purchased a new 2021 Elantra little stone on windshield phoof cracked under wiper hard to notice got it replaced month later cracked again😳
