Will probably spend the extra $50/mo. for the upper trim, but need to do more research on the differences.

When/if we get one depends largely on what other automakers have released or coming soon when we're able to find a Rav4 Prime at a reasonable price... We won't be paying dealer markup just to get it a few months early.
