actually the tax credit on BEVs & PHEVs is based on the battery size this is why vehicles like the Chevrolet Volt, BMW i3 Rex, Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, Honda Clarity among others get the full tax credit regardless of how the ICE assist on any performance, they all got batteries that meet or exceed 16kwh total capacity. & given the Rav4 Prime's EV range & efficiency it would need at least ~15.5 kwh usable capacity so add a .5kwh buffer and the Rav4 Prime gets the full credit! If not at least $~7000
