All the supposed "rejoicing" about a "Godzilla" so-called big-block engine for "swaps" in Ford "Fox bodies" yet no sign whatsoever of and no Ford-financed "automotive journalists" shilling of the "crate" 10-speed "Ford" automatic transmission you gotta "swap" in with "Godzilla" and no mention of all the other "mods" and "upgrades" and "swaps" necessary to get "Godzilla" into anything but the only "pllatforms" it will physically, mechanically and actually "swap" into which are Ford Super-Duty trucks that ALREADY HAVE "GODZILLA" UNDER THE HOOD.

There is not now and never has been a Ford ANYTHING capable of true engine "swaps" without "swapping" significantly more than the "powerplant". And even "identical" Ford Motor Company vehicles have to be TRULY "identical" right down to the "VIN" for a "bolt-in swap" of "identical" powertrain parts.

Ford managed to use FOUR different radiators in "identical" mid-1980s F-150 "heavy-duty" 4×4 pickups with 351 V-8s, automatic transmissions and air-conditioning in a SINGLE MODEL YEAR and any "salvage yard" parts guy will tell you that if the "VIN" doesn't match completely on the "donor vehicle" at some point in the "swap" of even "identical" parts or components and especially ENGINES AND POWERTRAINS AND THEIR "ACCESSORY SYSTEMS" your "swap" is going to go south because "BOLT-IN" AND "BOLT-ON" AND "BOLT-UP" ARE ENTIRELY DIFFERENT THINGS AND THAT'S EXACTLY HOW FORD HAS ALWAYS "ENGINEERED" ITS PRODUCTS.

THE "FORD FAMILY FORTUNE" RESULTS FROM SELLING NEW VEHICLES AND "SERVICE PARTS" FOR THEM AND MAKING THE VEHICLES AS "AFTERMARKET-PROOF" AS POSSIBLE INCLUDING "SWAPPING" USED AND EVEN "NOS" PARTS ONTO/INTO USED CARS AND TRUCKS FORD WANTS "TRADED IN" ON NEW CARS AND TRUCKS.

AND USING THE "FOX-BODY MUSTANG" AS A "SWAP" CANDIDATE FOR "GODZILLA" ENGINES IS PRETTY HILARIOUS GIVEN HOW FEW "ENTHUSIASTS" HAVE EVER EVEN "SWAPPED" A 460 INTO ONE AND FOR THE EXACT SAME REASONS ONLY IDIOT "TUNERS" AND FORD-FINANCED "BUILDERS" WILL DO "GODZILLA SWAPS" FOR THEIR MORONIC "CUSTOMERS" WITH MORE DOLLARS THAN SENSE AFTER THE INITIAL "REJOICING" IS OVER AND "FORD ENTHUSIASTS" WHO AREN'T JUST "RECOVERING RICERS" ARE THE ONLY "MARKET" FOR GODZILLA "SWAPS".

THAT REASON IS CALL IT A "FOX-BODY" OR AN "SN95" OR A "NEW MUSTANG" OR WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT, THE "MUSTANG PLATFORM" IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN A RE-SKINNED FALCON AND THE FALCON "PLATFORM" WAS NOT AND STILL IS NOT "ENGINEERED" TO BE A "MUSCLE CAR" MUCH LESS A "BIG-BLOCK" AND "HIGH-PERFORMANCE" CAR CAPABLE OF SAFELY, RELIABLY, DURABLY AND EFFICIENTLY PUTTING "450 HP" TO THE GROUND AT A FULL, REALISTIC "DAILY DRIVER" WEIGHT WITH EVEN 3PM "AVERAGE ADULT" PASSENGERS AND THEIR "LUGGAGE" ON A REAL "ROAD TRIP" IN THE U.S. DURING THE "SUMMER DRIVING SEASON" ON "PUMP GAS" AND IN REAL DRIVING CONDITIONS "COAST TO COAST" AND WITH AIR-CONDITIONING, CALIFORNIA EMISSIONS AND AT "FREEWAY" AND "HIGHWAY" SPEEDS.

AND SINCE THE ONLY "BULLETPROOF" SO-CALLED "FORD" POWERTRAIN COMPONENTS ON/IN FORD "HIGH PERFORMANCE" VEHICLES ARE THOSE THEY COPIED, REVERSE-ENGINEERED, SOURCED OR JOINTLY "DEVELOPED" FROM/WITH REAL FULL-LINE "AUTOMAKERS" OR POWERTRAIN COMPONENT MANUFACTURERS WHO DESIGN, ENGINEER, DEVELOP AND MANUFACTURE ALL THEIR OWN PRODUCTS AND COMPONENTS "IN-HOUSE" AND EVEN THEN FORD TRIES TO GO "CHEAP AND EASY" WITH A "ONE SIZE FITS ALL" REAR AXLE LIKE THE "9-INCH", FORD "SPORTS/PONY/MUSCLE" CARS END UP WITH PICKUP/SUV REAR AXLES, TRANSMISSIONS ETC. BUT THEN AGAIN FORD MUSTANGS - ALL OF THEM - ALSO HAVE "SHOCK TOWERS" BIG ENOUGH FOR COIL SPRINGS OR MCPHERSON STRUTS AND "BUGGY SPRINGS" FOR THE FRONT "SUSPENSION" SO ITS NO WONDER FORD "ENGINEERS" ARE/WERE DESPERATE TO ASSOCIATE THE "FOX BODY" AND ALL OTHER MUSTANG "PLATFORMS" WITH "MODERN" VEHICLES LIKE LATE-50S AND UP MOPAR PASSENGER CARS AND EARLY-80S AND UP "CHEVY" IFS 4WD LIGHT-DUTY TRUCKS.
