So sorry to hear that. I'll have to check in on Monday to see what they say. That will make a week since I went to the dealer. If you have the app, that has been a workaround that I am using to adjust my climate settings. I start my car from the app and I can adjust the AC from that prior to getting in. Once I'm in, just like yours, I can't change or adjust it at all. Maybe that will help you get by till your screen comes in. Good luck!
