I own a Toyota Prius Prime Plig-In Hybrid, 2017, with 105K miles. My other car is a Tesla Model 3, 2019, with 26K miles. I rotated the Tesla Tires at 10K intervals have never had brake service since I live in the Palm Springs, CA area which is a desert and with very hot summers, i.e., no salted roads ever! The only Tesla maintenance required is a minor service (filter change) in the battery heating/cooling system every 4 yrs. Optional, much as with any car, is wipers changes and checking/changing the brake fluid at two yr intervals, but since both are good at two yrs I don't plan to do the optional service. I will do the filter change in two more yrs. along with a cabin air filter. With solar power I drive for free and run my house for free too. I do fill my Prius at the neighborhood gas station, but charge it for free at home too. On long trips, I charge at public "Tesla Supercharger" stations costing me 1/4 the price/mile as gasoline for most ICE cars and about 1/2 the cost of fueling the Prius. I do Prius oil/filter changes at 10K intervals and do my own "tune-ups" on. the Prius. BTW, insurance cost on both cars with equal coverage is $200 les/yr on the more valuable Tesla.
