Toyota hybrids do not have transmission gears or transmission fluid. They use the "synergy drive," a concept developed by Stanford University engineering students, that essentially couples two direct-drive electric motors and has them do the job of handling rotational ratios and torque.

So, no cost for transmission fluid changes. Ever.
